SUMMER classes will be held from July - August:
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Tae Kwon Do - ages 6 & above
(no belts, white belts, and yellow belts) - MONDAY ONLY
7:00 - 8:00 pm - Tae Kwon Do - ages 6 & above
(green, blue, purple, red & brown belts) - Monday nights
6:30 - 7:30 pm - Taek Kwon Do - ages 6 & above
(green, blue, purple, red & brown belts) - Wednesday nights
8:00 - 9:00 pm - Kick Boxing - all are welcome - Monday nights
7:30 - 8:30 pm - Kick Boxing - all are welcome - Wednesday nights
ALL classes are $15 per class

2 Your Door... Tae Kwon Do has been teaching in Frederick County and the surrounding areas since 2005. Michelle White is the head black belt instructor who has been teaching Tae Kwon Do since 1991. She has been awarded for her advanced placement in tournaments and championship events during her training period. She won the National Championship in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1993, as well as held the title from 1993 - 1995 as the Maryland State Champion. Michelle tested for her 3rd "Dan" (3rd degree black belt) on February 2, 2008.
2 Your Door...Tae Kwon Do also worked together in the past with the Frederick City Police Activities League (PAL). The PAL program is a recreation-oriented juvenile crime prevention program that relies heavily upon athletics and recreational activities to create and cement the bond between police officers and the kids on the street. (www.cityoffrederick.com/police) Michelle taught classes at the Sagner Center & Hillcrest Elementary School for three years. While working with over 150 students, she organized, and conducted three Annual Tae Kwon Do Tournaments for the participants at both locations. Chief Dime, and the other Community Division Police Officers helped with judging and presentation of the awards at the annual tournaments.
2 Your Door... Tae Kwon Do began it's history traveling to local schools offering after school classes for students at various Frederick County Public Schools (see our Calendar for information about the specific schools).
